1 = Construct a LVL 5 Ship Factory for each Type (3) = 2,000 resources + 5 Gamma materials
2 = Construct a LVL 10 Ship Factory for each Type (3) = 5,000 resources + 5 Delta materials
3 = Construct a LVL 15 Ship Factory for each Type (3) = 20,000 resources + 5 Epsilon materials
4 = Construct a LVL 20 Ship Factory for each Type (3) = 50,000 resources + 3 Omega
S-Type Ship Factory
Initial: Allows the Admiral to construct Small ships or S-type ships, separately from other factories.
Level Up: Decreases S-type Ship Construction Time.
